grants for small manufacturers
Thanks to generous funding from Jan Erickson and Jon Thomas, the Colorado Business Development Foundation will be awarding five $1,000 grants for small businesses in the manufacturing industry to be used to improve the company’s manufacturing processes or equipment.
In order to be eligible, businesses must be:
Physically headquartered in the State of Colorado
In good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State
In business for at least six months but no more than three years
Show 2022 annual sales from revenue of at least $50,000 but no more than $200,000
Strong preference will be given to businesses that:
Utilize the grant funds to improve manufacturing processes and/or equipment
Have adopted “do no harm” practices
Are women-owned
The grant application will be open to celebrate Manufacturing Month from October 1 - 31 or until the first 30 applications are received, whichever occurs first. Winners will be notified mid-November.
